Edward Dames, President
Edward Arthur Dames joined the United States Army in 1967, enlisting as a paratrooper at the age of seventeen. After serving one year as an Airborne Infantryman, Mr. Dames transferred to the Army Security Agency, and was assigned to the Far East to support National Security Agency missions in that part of the world. In 1974, Mr. Dames returned home to attend college, quickly earning a four-year scholarship for academic excellence. After three years as an undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley, where he double-majored in Bioelectronics and Chinese, Mr. Dames joined Berkeley's ROTC program, becoming a Distinguished Military Graduate, in 1978.
Newly commissioned as a second lieutenant in Military Intelligence, Mr. Dames was sent to be trained as a tactical electronic warfare officer and, for three years, was assigned to Germany to intercept and jam Soviet and Czech communications. From there he was recruited by a scientific and technical military intelligence "black unit", ultimately to direct clandestine operations against high-value foreign targets. He remained in deep cover, travelling worldwide under assumed identities.
In 1981, Mr. Dames' life changed forever. The Soviets had been secretly developing a sophisticated biological weapons program. Mr. Dames and his elite military group were tasked to identify the components of these deadly, toxic weapons. Covert operatives that he had recruited were unable to penetrate the Soviets' wall of secrecy. Out of desperation, he contemplated the use of psychics to help uncover this critical information. In reality, the U.S. Army was already considering the possibility of employing psychics for intelligence collection, but very few high- ranking officers were willing to risk their careers over the stigma associated with such a project.
Nevertheless, the U.S. Army began a funded study at the Stanford Research Institute to systematise psychic phenomena and develop a working tool by which "non-psychics" would also be able to utilise psychic functioning for the purpose of acquiring reliable and consistent information. Mr. Dames became the operations and training officer of this team, which ultimately achieved its goal by developing the technique now known as Remote Viewing.
Back in Washington D.C., in 1984, Mr. Dames and his team applied their remote viewing abilities to the toughest national intelligence problems, such as locating and tracking international terrorists and their hostages and, finally, uncovering key data surrounding the Soviet offensive biological warfare program. The results of these efforts were briefed to
Congress and the U.S. President. For his work, Mr. Dames was awarded two Army Meritorious Service Medals and the Legion of Merit. Additionally, he was personally credited by the Defense Intelligence Agency with penetrating the Soviet Defense Council. In that agency's words, "a singularly profound act." Over the years, the remote viewing information that he collected continued to be secretly used by numerous government agencies, and by all branches of the military.
As a result of increasing turmoil and turnover in the ranks of top Army intelligence leadership during the late 1980's, "channelers" and psychic charlatans were recruited to co-mingle with the trained professionals in the unit. Worse yet, various politicians, desiring information about their political and personal futures, began to approach the project, turning it into a "three-ring circus." Rather than being forced to stand by and witness the disintegration of his unit's effectiveness and
the loss of remote viewing technology, Major Dames retired from the U.S. Army, taking the original team's best and brightest with him to form his Beverly Hills, California based company, PSI TECH.
In late 1991, during the Gulf War, PSI TECH provided intelligence on Saddam Hussein to the National Security Council, and located Iraq's hidden biological warfare stockpiles for the United
Nations. These endeavours earned Mr. Dames and PSI TECH the attention of the world press. Currently, PSI TECH's clients range from the leaders of Fortune 500 corporations, to academics
in science, medicine and law, as well as select individuals from the private sector who undergo the firm's specialized training. Since 1983, when Mr. Dames began teaching and employing these incredible skills, he has perfected remote viewing methods and techniques, employing his Technical Remote Viewing training and operations protocols, which guarantee his commercial clients an unprecedented 100% data accuracy rate.
Our outside directors have included prominent figures from science and industry. Additionally, the company has at its disposal an adjunct Technical Analysis Team, consisting of a
multidisciplinary group of distinguished scientists, engineers, and medical doctors from national labs, major corporations, and universities. These individuals provide analytical support to PSI
TECH technical intelligence collection projects, as required.
PSI TECH training and operations performance standards are exacting; we require military precision on the part of our remote viewers. Each viewer works independently and does not collaborate or compare data with other viewers. The training program employed to install those unique skills which enable the production of calibrated, consistent, and accurate results is rigorous.
While at work, a viewer's mind-body state could be generally characterized as one of high attention. (To an unwitting observer, a PSI TECH viewer could easily be mistaken for someone
engaged in an attempt to solve a difficult math or science problem). Conscious focus shifts between the tasks of directing the trained unconscious in a systematic exploration of the
assigned target, breaking out (decoding) the target-associated gestalt patterns of information, then rendering the data as detailed words and sketches, (or models, if necessary). Meticulous attention to Technical Remote Viewing structure is required not only to correctly acquire the target and maintain lock-on but, additionally, to disallow subconscious analysis and/or imagination from interfering with the unconsciously acquired signal.
1. Remote Viewing (RV):
The name of a method of psychoenergetic perception. A term coined by SRI-International and defined as "the acquisition and description, by mental means, of information blocked from ordinary perception by distance, shielding, or time."
2. Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV):
The process of remote viewing using geographic coordinates for cuing or prompting.
3.Remote Viewer:
Often referred to in the text simply as "viewer", the remote viewer is a person who employs his mental faculties to perceive and obtain information to which he has no other access and of which he has no previous knowledge concerning persons, places, events, or objects separated from him by time, distance, or other intervening obstacles.
4.Remote Viewing Session:
In a remote viewing session an individual or "viewer" attempts to acquire and describe by mental means alone information about a designated site. The viewer is not told what the site is that
must be described but is provided a cue or prompt which designated the site.
5.Technical Remote Viewing:
An evolved form of Remote Viewing - developed over the years at PSI TECH Inc.. Remote Viewing has been originally developed at SRI (Stanford Research Institute) in the early 1980. Harold E. Puthoff and Ingo Swann had been involved in that project.
Technical Remote Viewing is an ingenious set of standardized procedures undertaken by trained individuals, using only a pen and paper — and one’s mind —to gather accurate information
about people, places, things and events in the past, present, or future.
All of us possess innate PSI abilities, but precision psychic skills, like language, must be learned. Under the scrutiny of renown scientists, Technical Remote Viewing has proven itself as the ultimate mind tool. In fact, those who learn TRV are more consistently accurate than even the best untrained psychics!
Briefly outlined below is a description of a PSI TECH attack against a sample remote viewing problem, in this case, an airliner crash.
The project is assigned a random target reference number. This number is tagged in the project director's mind to the very specific task at hand, i.e., determine, unequivocally, the cause of the accident.
Selected remote viewers would be informed of the nature of the project, and provided with general information, if available (e.g., flight number and/or approximate location or time of the
accident).
The remaining remote viewers would be provided with only the target reference number--no other information. This procedure not only serves as a control measure, it is in fact the way that
PSI TECH employees have been trained to operate, i.e., unencumbered by conscious 'front loading.'
A remote viewing session is about 45 minutes in duration. During their first probes, one viewer might acquire the aircraft prior to its crash, another viewer might describe a crash site, and
others might immediately provide data relating to the direct cause of the accident.
Initial reports are screened, (this process is quite technical), for task-related data, and new cuing (i.e., targeting instructions) developed or refined, based upon each viewer's individual results. A 100 per cent surety is placed upon ensembles of jointly corroborating data.
After a number of sorties have been executed by all participants, data reduction and analysis are performed, key information and sketches are identified, and an Interim Project Report is
provided to the client. If our work indicates, for example, a structural failure just prior to the accident, then the IPR would include such things as sketches of the particular part/assembly that failed, and a description of the event.
At this point, the client may desire that we elaborate upon specific things with greater refinement and detail. This might be the case if, say, PSI TECH determined that the cause of the crash had been a bomb. We would then provide amplifying details about the device, its placement aboard the aircraft, the person(s) responsible, etc.
When the client's demands have been met, we prepare a Final Project Report summarizing all of the project data, and incorporating our own key assessments.

PSI TECH, a New Mexico corporation, currently employs an expert group of professional remote viewers in its commercial operations, administered from corporate headquarters in
Beverly Hills, California. Technical Remote Viewing instruction conducted by Major Ed Dames is available on video tape format, produced and distributed by PSI TECH.
